We work with many issues so if you are experiencing something else, please contact us to discuss your needs in confidence.

Our lives can be challenging and uncertain at times.

Talking with a Counsellor gives you a safe space to explore what is difficult in life. You will find support to help you make the changes you want to see for yourself, and your relationships.

Counsellors offer in person sessions at the centre or online by arrangement. On the ‘About us’ page you will find more information about who you can work
with.

  • Pressures on relationships?

  • Anxiety and depression

At Wellbeing Counselling, we see that change can happen when you talk openly and honestly about what’s going on in your life with a counsellor who will listen objectively, without judgement.
