About Us

Wellbeing Counselling established in 1992 as The Well to provide hope and healing for all, by alleviating emotional pain and suffering through counselling.

Oasis Counselling established in 2001 with the same objective, and underpinned by the same Christian values, served a wide area in North Kent.

It has been a natural progression for the organisations to join together in 2024 as Oasis Wellbeing where we continue the work of offering a safe space for people of all walks of life, of faith or none, to be supported in finding their own healing story.

Our lives can be challenging and uncertain at times.

Talking with a Counsellor gives you a safe space to explore what is difficult in life. You will find support to help you make the changes you want to see for yourself, and your relationships.

Counsellors offer in person sessions at the centre or online by arrangement. On the ‘About us’ page you will find more information about who you can work
with.

  • Pressures on relationships?
  • Stress levels?
  • Work-life balance?
  • Expectations on you?
  • How you will cope?
  • Insecurity?
  • Limiting behaviours habits?
  • Self-Esteem and confidence?
  • Anxiety and depression

At Wellbeing Counselling, we see that change can happen when you talk openly and honestly about what’s going on in your life with a counsellor who will listen objectively, without judgement.
