I work with children under the age of 12 who have experienced some challenges in their lives, such as loss, trauma or change in their home situation. Others may not settle at school for some reason.
Children may have a lot to work through that they don’t manage to put into words; they express or hide their feelings and anxieties in their behaviour. Or their feelings may be buried and feel out of touch.
I love to work creatively with children. I hold an Advanced Diploma in The Therapeutic and Educational Application of the Arts and a Diploma in Child Counselling from Dr Margot Sunderland’s Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education.
I am a member of the BACP.
